Geoff is a Missouri native, who was born in Marshall, resided in Kansas City during childhood, and later relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio where he met his wife, Gloria. Geoff returned to central Missouri with Gloria five years ago to start a family in the safe environment with the good values that make Missouri an ideal place to call home. Geoff and Gloria were blessed with the birth of their son, Adam, on July 24th of 2006.
For more than five years, Geoff has been a consistent leader in central Missouri for commercial, land, and residential real estate sales. While in Ohio, Geoff attending Hocking Technical College where he studied Fish & Wildlife Management, which has given him an edge on providing knowledgeable service and expertise to buyers and sellers of recreational, agriculture and timber land types of real estate. Geoff has continued his education with coursework through the Realtor Land Institute and CCIM, which has provide to be a valuable resource in assisting his clients and customers with the expertise needed to make informed decisions as they meet or exceed their investment goals. Geoff has experience in assisting his clients and customers in some of the more intricate areas of commercial real estate such as the Assemblage Process, Transitional Land, and Site Selection. Geoff has experience successfully marketing hotels/motels, multi-family, restaurants, developments, retail box stores, strip malls, mixed-use and office type properties.
